Job Requirements: Experience Cooks capable of preparing food for 60 or more.
Needs to recognize the quality in food and presentation.
Needs to be familiar with Cajun and Creole cuisine and needs to keep a clean and sanitary work area. Food handlers certified. Server want for main dining room. 6-2pm or 2-7pm. Dishwasher needed 10am-7:00pm
