MANOLETE OPENS FOR LUNCH JUNE 4

Experience the essence of Spain’s rich cultural heritage at Manolete, named for the legendary Spanish bullfighter, brought to you by NOCHI’s June ‘24 cohort.

Before our Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts students complete their 100-day certifications, they create a pop-up café as their capstone project. This original concept is dreamed up and executed entirely by the students as their culmination of everything they’ve learned at NOCHI.

100% of proceeds from every student pop-up benefit NOCHI’s Scholarship Fund, and you can donate by attending or click here to support from afar!

GiveNOLA DAY IS AROUND THE CORNER

join us for a sweet treat on May 7

Get ready for a sugar-coated celebration of generosity!

On GiveNOLA Day, NOCHI is rolling out the red carpet (well, more like a deliciously buttered pastry mat) to thank our wonderful donors. For a sweet donation of $10 or more, you'll be treated to a tantalizing treat crafted by our talented Baking & Pastry students.

Kick off the day from 7-9 am with freshly brewed coffee and, with your donation, a small goodie bag of delicious hand-crafted truffles. If you've got some extra time to spare, stick around and let us give you an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our campus, where culinary magic happens!

Can't make it in the morning? No problem! We've got your afternoon pick-me-up covered. Swing by between 4-6 pm to end your day on a deliciously sweet note.

So, mark your calendars and get ready to indulge in a sweet celebration of generosity!
