PASTRY (8am - 4:30pm): You're a pastry cook with an eye for detail and an appreciation for good technique. This role includes mixing, laminating and shaping pastries in addition to producing all components from scratch for tartlets, cookies and entremets.

BREAD: (4am - 12:30pm): We need a reliable early bird who enjoys high-volume production but never loses sight of each individual item. You're always looking to to work smarter, not just harder. The role includes mixing, shaping and baking a large variety of breads for retail and wholesale, as well as baking viennoiserie, cookies and more.

COUNTER STAFF (varies, typically 7:30 - 4pm): Customer service is your super power and you're energized by recognizing regulars and welcoming newcomers. You have a respect for the products we make and appreciate that your interaction can have a lasting impression on our guests. The role includes taking and packaging orders, using the cash register and bussing tables.

BARISTA (7:15am - 3:45pm): Coffee is deeply personal and you're often the first interaction in someone's day. You take equal pride in pulling an impeccable espresso shot as you do in making customers their perfect drink. You work cleanly and efficiently and can handle the morning rush without breaking a sweat. This role includes producing espresso and tea drinks, keeping the station well-stocked and prepping components according to set recipes, all while giving excellent customer service.
