Hospitality Investment Training

Hospitality isn’t limited to hotels and restaurants. NOCHI’s Hospitality Investment Training (HIT) are customized programs designed to elevate the guest and client experience, along with internal team culture. Cultivating a service mindset is a competitive advantage for any business.

Through a collaborative process, our team will identify opportunities within your company to infuse hospitality fundamentals, providing professional development for any member of your staff. These principles are translated into practical skills such as professional presence, active listening, accountability, and elevating the client experience.

Whether this takes the form of weekly lunch-and-learns or a more in-depth training series, each session is led by experienced NOCHI instructors either on-site or at our downtown New Orleans campus. Learning is reinforced through follow-up surveys and optional advanced sessions, sustaining long-term excellence.
