Job Requirements: The Elysian Bar is looking for a full time team member to join our lighthearted and dynamic crew. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is open to working day and evening shifts in the kitchen. Experience with saute, grill and garde manger is preferred. We are willing to teach anyone with a spark for the kitchen how to work these stations.

Scheduling for this position is full time (4-5 days) with a set schedule after training is complete.

Here’s a little bit about us... We value our time together with our coworkers. We value making good food and collaborating with each other to do so. We value the co-working experience as much as we value the guest experience. We value each position in the house equally and therefore compensate each position equally. Every staff member starts at the same base rate and receives an equal share of the tip pool based on the number of hours worked and not the position worked. Because of this, we ask the kitchen team to also participate in interacting with guests.
