ProStart Professional Development

We were honored to host the 2024 ProStart Professional Development. Learning more about ProStart programs around the country was an exciting opportunity for our chef instructors and after learning about our pop-up capstone project, we know many of you have been looking for our Front-of-House Instructor, Jet Gauthier’s, recipe for the Butterfly Pea Tea Mint Lemonade non-alcoholic cocktail. We hope to see you again in 2025!
