Job Requirements: The Cupcake Collection in Nashville, TN is looking for a cake decorator to join our joy team! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard-working and has prior cake decorating experience. At least one year of professional cake decorating is required. Exceptional communication skills to do interact with customers and work across teams. They are willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. Other expectations include:

Responsibilities
Master the art of decorating celebration cakes and cupcakes to the specifications of our bakery
Provide exceptional customer service
We have part-time & full-time opportunities available for working up to 40 hours a week, 1st Shift, Sun-Friday
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
Qualifications:
Prior cake decorating experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Cake portfolio preferred
