Job Requirements: Most importantly we want someone that has a true passion and eagerness for baking and cooking. We want someone that we can partner with and make them a part of the company so that when we succeed, they also succeed. Experience and/or knowledge of science, proper techniques, and ingredients for bread, cookie, pastry, and other baked goods. We are looking for someone to train under our bakers to learn the current items and expand upon our menu. Ideally they will have an interest in working with laminated doughs making croissants, Kouign-Amann, macarons, and other french breads and pastries. We want to be the best bakery on the Gulf Coast and we are willing to pay for the right person when they come along.
