Job Requirements: Able to create menus, create one of one pastries, prep food for lunch, cook breakfast foods, create special sweets and foods that fit the environment. Able to create gluten free options, vegan and vegaterian options.

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed in the preparation and storage of all pastry products.
- Package and present pastries in an appealing manner for display or customer purchase.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate pastry production with overall food service operations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a culinary or pastry role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food production techniques, including baking, pastry decoration, and dessert presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with other kitchen staff.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction with pastry products.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the food industry.
