Job Requirements: ServSafe certification with 1 to 2 years of Culinary Experience. Hyatt Centric is looking for a Sous Chef to run the PM shifts and assist with meal preparation and event preparation. We are looking for culinary professionals that are about to graduate or have graduated and have a knowledge of cost control, and knife skills.
