Job Requirements: Kitchen experience a must. Knife skills and basic cooking knowledge a huge plus. The capacity to show up on time and perform typical kitchen duties to the best of your ability. The AM Prep position will require traits such as following recipes and directions, cleanliness, ability to lift up to 50lb, working competently alone, and critical thinking. The PM Line Cook position will require cleanliness, knowledge of basic cooking techniques/mise en place, and the ability to work quickly/diligently.
