Job Requirements: Atchafalaya is a mid-sized, family-owned, casual fine dining restaurant located in the Irish Channel. We serve Contemporary Creole cuisine with a committment to fresh, local ingredients, 5 star preparation, and elegant presentation.

The right candidate should have a strong work ethic, be a problem solver, take iniative, and have a passion for great food. Availibity on Sundays is a must.
