Hanlin will be culinary education director. Vines-Rushing will be a culinary arts instructor and Miller will be a baking and pastry arts instructor. “Together, these chefs bring decades of culinary experience steeped in New Orleans culture to the institute,” Carol Markowitz, NOCHI executive director, said in a press release. “We are excited to have them at the helm of the new program.”
