Gracious Bakery + Cafe will open a fourth New Orleans location in January. This one will be on the ground floor of the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute on Howard Avenue. NOCHI, 725 Howard Ave., is set to open in January as well. The five-story, $32 million, 93,000-square-foot professional cooking school will feature a four-semester professional program as well as “enthusiast” classes for the general public and space for outside events.
